Uniworld Boutique River Cruises plans to charter an expedition yacht offering Indonesia-Singapore cruises in 2027. The company also revealed the name of its European river vessel, which will debut in 2027.
The yacht is Aqua Blu by Aqua Expeditions. Uniworld will offer two exclusive 14-day sailings in 2027. One departs on June 23rd and the other departs on September 1st. Both cruises start in Bali and end in Singapore and are “unlike anything Uniworld has offered before,” the cruise company said.
Guests begin with three nights in Bali, followed by a seven-night expedition cruise, followed by three nights in Singapore. Travelers will have the opportunity to visit Komodo National Park, Spice Island and Pink Beach to see manta rays, whale sharks and Komodo dragons.
Aqua Blu’s capacity is only 30 people. Pricing starts at $18,999, according to the Uniworld website.

Inspired by two legendary movie stars
Europe’s new super ships are Audrey, Marlene and Sao Rafael. The layout of the Audrey and Marlene, which sail the Danube and Rhine rivers, is similar to their sister ship Emilie, which will debut in 2026.

Emilie was inspired by Austrian fashion designer Emilie Louise Floge, who was the lifelong companion of artist Gustav Klimt. Meanwhile, Audrey and Marlene find inspiration on the big screen. Audrey was named after actress Audrey Hepburn, and Marlene was named after singer and actress Marlene Dietrich.
The Sao Rafael will join Portugal’s Sao Gabriel to sail the Douro River.
Including the charter Aqua Blu, Uniworld said the four vessels represent its largest fleet expansion to date. President and CEO Ellen Bettridge said 2027 “will be a landmark year for Uniworld.”
