This breakfast frittata could not be easier! It is recommended to prepare for a meal for a week or to serve for breakfast. It is quickly gathered together and starts in the stove and finishes in the oven. For colors, I like the first place with fresh tomatoes, more green onions and peta cheese.

Wow, I was originally looking back on the date of this post, and I posted this when I first started sharing the recipe here in 2008. This is still done today because it is perfect to keep the refrigerator and re -heat when there is no time.
